By creating an account or using CarCare+ ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

CarCare+ helps you track vehicle maintenance, expenses, scheduled service, recalls, and related documents. It is a personal record-keeping tool. The App is not a substitute for professional automotive, legal, financial, or insurance advice.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that happens under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the App.

Information you enter — vehicle details, maintenance logs, receipts, photos, mechanic contacts, etc. — is yours. You grant Omnia Data Tech a limited license to store, transmit, and display that content solely for the purpose of operating the App for you (and any garage members you invite).

Don't use the App to violate the law, infringe anyone else's rights, distribute malware, attempt to access other users' data, or interfere with the service.

Recall information is sourced from the U.S. National Highway Traffic Safety Administration's public API. The App reformats and surfaces this data but does not warrant its accuracy or completeness. Always verify safety-critical information directly with the manufacturer or NHTSA.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or that maintenance reminders will be delivered on time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Omnia Data Tech and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including missed maintenance, vehicle damage, lost data, or insurance lapses — arising from your use of the App.

You may delete your account at any time by signing out and contacting us to remove your data. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted in-app. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
